These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk62 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, and promotional offers. By creating an account or using any pk62 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below:
2.1 To be eligible to register and use pk62, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement; (c) not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; and (d) not be subject to self-exclusion on pk62 or any affiliated platform.
2.2 pk62 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
2.3 Where pk62 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under 18 years of age, pk62 will immediately suspend the account, withhold all pending withdrawals, and conduct a full age verification investigation. Deposits made by underage users will not be returned and will be retained in accordance with applicable law and responsible gaming obligations.
2.4 Players are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction before accessing pk62 Services. The availability of pk62 in a given country or region does not constitute a representation that such access is lawful in that jurisdiction.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk62. Attempts to create duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity — will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. pk62 shall not be liable for any issues arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk62 will treat any access to your account using your credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pk62 immediately by contacting support at support@pk62.app.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your pk62 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Using another person's account or permitting another person to use your account is a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). pk62 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Full verification, including submission of CNIC documentation, is required before withdrawal of funds can be processed. pk62 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
4.1 Accepted Methods. pk62 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Supported methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may change from time to time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at pk62 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts for cryptocurrency and international methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) all applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus having been met; (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the balance available for withdrawal. pk62 processes withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to payment provider timelines.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. pk62 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit and withdrawal must be registered in your name.
4.5 Currency. All player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the rate applied by the payment provider at the time of transaction. pk62 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus.
5.3 pk62 reserves the right to: (a) modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus at any time; (b) refuse to award a bonus if pk62 has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse; (c) reverse bonus winnings and/or suspend accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. The following constitute bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using automated software to meet wagering requirements; collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms. pk62 will pursue all available remedies in confirmed cases of bonus abuse, including account termination and recovery of funds.
6.1 All games available on pk62 operate according to rules published by the respective game provider. pk62 provides access to games but does not operate the underlying random number generators or determine game outcomes for third-party titles.
6.2 Bets Once Placed. Once a bet is confirmed and a game round has commenced, the wager is final. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not available except where explicitly stated in sport-specific betting rules (e.g., match abandonment policies for cricket).
6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect display of odds or payouts, pk62 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. pk62's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. pk62 may apply maximum win limits per game, per session, or per day. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market. Winnings in excess of applicable limits will be reduced to the maximum amount payable.
6.5 Minimum Bet. Minimum bet amounts are displayed within each game or betting market interface and may vary by product category.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk62 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:
8.1 All content on the pk62 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and design elements — is the property of pk62 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk62 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any pk62 content without prior written consent.
9.1 pk62 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk62 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
9.2 pk62 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain credential security; (b) service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events; (c) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10.1 pk62 offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting pk62 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
10.3 pk62 will never encourage a self-excluded player to return to the platform before the exclusion period has expired and the player has completed a formal reinstatement review.

11.1 pk62 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where pk62 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Player is under 18 years of age; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose pk62 to legal or regulatory risk.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, the entire balance may be forfeited.
11.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pk62 support. Funds in verified accounts will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following a standard identity check, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
12.1 pk62 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 pk62 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
13.1 pk62 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account, with reasonable notice where practicable.
13.2 Continued use of pk62 Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using pk62 and contact support to close your account.
14.1 These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk62 is licensed to operate. Players are independently responsible for determining whether their use of pk62 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact pk62 support in the first instance to seek resolution. pk62 aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated in accordance with pk62's formal disputes procedure.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
