• Responsible gaming: To monitor gameplay patterns that may indicate problem gambling behaviour and to enforce account limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods set by the player or applied by pk62.
• Platform security: To detect fraud, prevent unauthorised account access, identify multi-accounting, and protect the integrity of pk62's systems.
• Legal compliance: To respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities, courts, or law enforcement agencies as required by applicable law.

pk62 processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide you with the pk62 Services you have registered for, including account management, payments, and gameplay.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with AML regulations, age verification requirements, and responses to lawful authority requests.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring — where our interests in operating a safe platform do not override your rights.

pk62 does not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary:

• Payment processors: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Skrill, and cryptocurrency networks receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.

7.1 pk62 retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period of at least five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with AML and financial record-keeping obligations.

7.2 Gameplay and transaction records are retained for the same minimum period for the purposes of dispute resolution, audit, and regulatory compliance.

7.3 Communication records (support chats, emails) are retained for three (3) years after the interaction.

7.4 Identity documents submitted for KYC are retained for the duration required by applicable law — typically five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.

7.5 Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

pk62 implements the following technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser or device and pk62's servers
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data including passwords (hashed), CNIC images, and payment details
• OTP-based two-factor authentication for sensitive account actions (withdrawals, password resets)
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
• Regular security assessments and monitoring for unauthorised access or data anomalies

No system is entirely immune to breach. In the event of a data security incident materially affecting your personal data, pk62 will notify affected users in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by pk62:

pk62 Services are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. pk62 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If pk62 becomes aware that data has been collected from a person under 18, that account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the data will be securely deleted following the resolution of any legal obligations.

If you believe a minor has created a pk62 account, please report it immediately to support@pk62.app.

11.1 pk62 may send promotional communications — including bonus offers, reload promotions, and new product announcements — to players who have opted in to receive such communications at registration or subsequently through account settings.

11.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by: (a) updating your communication preferences in account settings; or (b) contacting support at support@pk62.app and requesting removal from marketing lists.

11.3 Opt-out requests for marketing are processed within 5 business days. Note that transactional communications (account security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, KYC requests) are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

11.4 Players who have self-excluded from pk62 will be removed from all marketing communications immediately and will not receive any promotional material for the duration of the exclusion period.

12.1 pk62 analyses gameplay patterns, session frequency, deposit velocity, and chat support interactions to identify behaviours that may indicate problem gambling. This processing is carried out in pk62's legitimate interest and in fulfilment of responsible gaming obligations.

12.2 Where pk62's responsible gaming monitoring triggers a review, a member of the support team may reach out to the player. This outreach is confidential and handled with care. Player data reviewed in this context is not shared externally.

12.3 Self-exclusion requests result in your account being marked as excluded in pk62's systems. This record is retained for the duration of the exclusion period and for five years thereafter to prevent re-registration during the exclusion window.

13.1 pk62 may transfer personal data to third-party service providers located outside Pakistan where necessary for payment processing, KYC verification, or game provision. Where such transfers occur, pk62 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data protection clauses — to maintain a standard of protection equivalent to that applied within the pk62 platform.

13.2 By using pk62, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan in connection with the services described in this Policy.

14.1 pk62 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address on their account, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
